If, after purchasing from Bakaala, you discover another store offering the same product under identical conditions at a lower price, you can request the “Best Price Guarantee,” and upon approval, receive the price difference from us.

What are the Conditions?

To submit a Best Price Guarantee request, the following conditions must be met: 1. Identical Model: The products must have identical technical features, color, capabilities, and functionalities. 2. Genuine Product: Since all products available at Bakaala are genuine, requests for non-genuine items will be rejected. 3. Identical and Genuine Warranty: The compared products must have identical and genuine warranties and after-sales services, as the type and quality of warranty services can also affect their prices. 4. Official Invoices: Due to the official nature of Bakaala’s invoices, the invoice from the compared physical or online store must also be official, with an economic code and 9% value-added tax. 5. Genuine Accessories in Factory Packaging: Bakaala delivers all accompanying accessories and parts provided by the manufacturer to the customer without any changes or deficiencies. Therefore, products in other stores can only be compared if they have genuine and quality accessories and parts. 6. Uniform Conditions for Products with Production or Expiry Dates, including the expiration date. 7. Authorized Stores and Websites: The price comparison reference must be an authorized store or website with an electronic trust symbol from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade. 8. Product Availability for Sale: The product must be available and purchasable at the time of submitting the request to Bakaala, on the desired website or store. 9. Considering the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction with the best price, if discounts are applied to Bakaala’s price due to festival sales or voucher usage, the comparison criterion is the final and completed amount paid by the customer. 10. Due to the necessity of uniformity in comparison conditions, if factors such as shipping costs or value-added tax are considered, the comparison criterion for the product’s price is the final amount paid by the buyer.

How to Submit a Request?

Send the following documents along with your order code to the email address info@soghatehgilan.com: 1. Store pre-invoice as a scanned image or file; the pre-invoice must include: – Store name, contact information, address, and store seal. – Buyer’s name, pre-invoice date, and validity period, product information, and the corresponding warranty name. – The pre-invoice must be valid and the product must be available and purchasable in that store within 24 hours after the customer’s email is sent. – Only for the same product as a single item. 2. In online stores, simply send the email address of the online store and the direct link to the compared product page to the specified email address. It is obvious that if links are given to price comparison websites, the sent email will not be considered.

When to Submit a Request?

The customer’s request must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours after the order is invoiced. The request registration will be reviewed within a maximum of 3 business days. After sending the inquiry and confirming the lower price, we will transfer the additional amount paid to the customer’s account.

Rules

In case of any violation or attempt to misuse this plan, Bakaala reserves the right to reject the request for the Best Price Guarantee. Bakaala can change the conditions of the Best Price Guarantee or suspend its provision at any time, at its discretion. “`
